I just finished watching "Teen-Age Crime Wave" again, and I noticed something so bizzare during one of the sketches that I need to find out the reason why. After spending a little while searching on the internet I couldn't find the answer myself, let alone anyone else who had even noticed it. I don't know if this is on DVD or not, so this will probably be aimed just at the people who have it on tape:
During the Mentos commercial parody that Mike and the 'Bots perform (for "Mystos"), when Gypsy opens her mout big to laugh, you can see a picture of a man's face taped to the back of her mouth. It's only there for a second, but it's definitely there. He's looking to the (my) left, and has a moustache. I thought it was maybe Dr. Forrester but when I paused it it doesn't look enough like him. Even if it was, why was it there? Very weird.

Sun, August 13, 2006 - 10:32 AMI don't think so, didn't look like him at all, and the face definitely had a moustache - something Richartd Basehart rarely wore (at least he didn't when he was on "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea"). -

Re: "Teen-Age Crime Wave" and Gypsy's Mouth
Fri, October 6, 2006 - 1:17 AMin 92 was in a small { small as in any letter smaller than lower case s} independent film and the make up girl was Gayla Basehart his daughter ,: and when I tried to explain to her , her father's popularity on the show she looked at me like I was from another planet completly blank ,I chalked it up to still being early in the decade ;Senifeld had'nt taken off and words like irony and enigmatic wer'nt being used in EVERY reveiw of EVERYTHING{eg;" REM"S newest album an ......" you can see where I"M going with this one} once again ,MST3K was way ahead of the curve and deserve's at least a mention on" I love the ninetie's", personally I think they were every bit as influental on comedy as "Nirvana " was on music for that decade.
MSt3K deserves; no demands; induction in the rock and roll hall of fame 2015 oh, wait ,we won't be here The world end's dec 23'rd 2012
oh well just a thought
P.S.The Matrix sucked { An overblown John Woo film without the John Woo cool}
